Now first I would recommend cross-checking mailbox width and length then after the draw that same width and length on board.

Now cut that board properly with the help of the tool you have.

Step 4: Now, place your wood board properly on the post and fasten it to the post in the center by screw

Once your cutting wood board is ready it's time to place it on the post pole and fasten it in the center with the help of some screw.

Note: Please pay attention to this and screw it all the way down so it will not fall off.

Step 5: Set the mailbox on the board in the center

Now try to place a mailbox on board in the center and eyeball each side for proper fitting.

After placing it check the mailbox door by opening and closing few times to check any interference with the board.

Try to cut down your board a little bit from the front so it will not interfere mailbox door.

Step 6: Finally, Fasten your mailbox with a wooden board through the screw

Once everything seems perfect start screwing the mailbox side to your board correctly.
